NOTICE OF IMPOUNDMENT OF ESTRAY
On the 24th day of April, 2012, I impounded the following estray:

Breed Pony __________________________
Color white and Brown ________________
Sex stud _____________
Age Unknown__________________ _____
Size 500 lbs each ____________________
Brand, Marks, Identifying Characteristics none
And, on the 25th day of April, 2012, I filed a Notice of Estray in the Estray Book of Madison County, Texas.
I have made a diligent search of the register of recorded brands in Madison County, Texas, for the owner of said estray, but the search did not reveal the owner.
Notice is hereby given that, if the ownership of said estray is not determined by the 14th day of May at 9:00 AM, 2012, said estray will be sold at Sheriff’s Sale at Madison County Sheriff Department.
