The burn ban has been lifted and burning will be allowed in Madison County in accordance
with applicable laws regarding burning, along with proper safety considerations.

The re-instatement of the burn ban will be considered on Monday, November 28th
at the next regular session of Commissioners Court.

Before you begin a controlled burn, please call the Madison County Sheriff’s Office at 936-348-2755
and let them know when, where and what you will be burning.  Please use caution when burning.
